First blog, wooo!

If you're checking this out, thank you!  I shall give you the privilege of knowing a little more about why I've decided to start blogging...

Well...I've decided to post blogs because at this tender age I have so much going on that I think people will be able to relate.  I'm a student - WOAH, don't let me lose you just yet! Hear me out first - who is studying English with Creative Writing.  But wait, it doesn't end there - I plan to do my PGCE (apologies for the jargon - this is a Post-Grad Certificate in Education) in 2012 with the dream of becoming a Primary School teacher - and in order to get onto the course, I have to gain a fair bit of experience.  So, placements at schools over the next 8 months (I have to apply for the course in September of this year) are a priority!

So, with juggling my uni work and my school placements I also have to try and spend time with my boyfriend.  After four and a half years we've decided to move in together.  All together now - awww!  So, we're house hunting soon.  First though, we have to speak to the mortgage advisor at a few different banks to see if they will, well, give us a mortgage!  With my measly student loan taking pride of place in my account, I can't imagine they will jump at the chance of offering me a loan...!!?  Bah!

I shall leave you to dwell on these initial stresses of the new year as I don't want to bore you to hell and back!
